![]() ![]() Last week, I found out they unplugged it and removed the app. Most have maxed out their iCloud and don't want to pay for it.įor our iPhone users, I suggest backing up to iTunes once in a while on their PC's but the majority of them either find it difficult or don't use a PC much or at all.įor the owners family member that works here, he had me get her a WD My Cloud NAS and I loaded that app on her phone for auto photo backup. ![]() ![]() I had all of them use OneDrive but the free 15GB will be going away shortly. I have mostly iPhone users with some Windows Phone users. What works for me as an IT Pro just doesn't cut it with my end users whom use company phones and want suggestions on photo backups.
